【減肥大作戰】張敬軒實行16/8斷食法修身 一個月重拾下顎線改善炎症水腫

張敬軒(軒仔)活躍社交網絡,不時會在網上分享日常趣事,而最近軒仔就大方展示了減肥成果,透露自己實行16/8斷食法後,人變得精神起來,下顎線更重新回歸。除了軒仔之外,圈中不少男星如森美、姜濤、古天樂等也曾用過斷食法Keep Fit,究竟實行斷食法有何注意事項?又是否人人都適合用斷食法減肥?TOPick為大家整合醫生及營養師建議,想瘦身一族不妨留意。

其實軒仔較早前曾表示自己已戒口,除了限制進食時間在8小時內,更會注意卡路里、蛋白質、麩質及糖分攝入量,令身體的各種小炎症、鼻敏感、關節痛及水腫有了很明顯的改善。而他亦建議大家可上網找相關資訊,在諮詢過醫生意見後,如果適合也可嘗試一下。
斷食法近年愈來愈流行,男神古天樂(古仔)早前也表示已斷食10多年,每日只食一餐,只安排黃昏6時進食,而每逢初一、十五就會茹素。
古仔引醫生的話指:「醫生表示人要減少身體負荷,食太多是不好,應該保持少少肚餓感,身體才可燃燒脂肪,幫助調節機能。」不過他亦不忙提醒,斷食法不是人人適合,採用前應先徵詢醫生意見。

「16/8斷食法」即是限制一日24小時內8小時進食,其餘16小時空腹,停止進食任何食物,除了水份和一些維他命。
營養師李棋華Rosanne Lee曾表示,這種方法對於不吃早餐的人較易實行,但習慣食早餐的人,假如7點食早餐,最後一餐就要在5點完成,執行上比較困難。而且比較難捱肚餓,有機會維持一段短時間後食得更多,很難維持長時間。

3類人士不宜用斷食法減肥
Rosanne引述有研究曾指出,短期斷食會有好處,包括增加細胞修復、改善血糖以及消脂減肥。但她就提醒,有3類人士不宜採用斷食法:

斷食減肥成果顯著,但要持續而不反彈,卻有兩件事需特別關注。放射科專科岑承輝醫生提醒,如成功減重後,可改為晚上輕食;另一樣要注意的是,減磅後肌肉也會有所流失,所以需要做負重運動,以保持線條健美。
